On Wednesday 2 April at 13:00 o’clock on the scene of SARTR, the show “Wolf in Love”, in the organization of EDUS in co-production with Aparat Theather and SARTR will take place. With this play, World Autism Day on 2 April will be celebrated. With the aim to break discrimination in society, the roles will be given to typical children as well as to children with difficulties in development.
The main organization of the event is taken by the Association EDUS-Education for all, which is actively striving for the last 4 years to enhance the education and support for children with difficulties in development. Considering the fact that in EDUS program most children have autism, the show, as well as additional material (posters, billboards, and videos) will be directed and used in order to celebrate World Autism Day.
In the framework of the EDUS program, there is a campaign named “To us they are challenge and inspiration, what are they for you?”, EDUS wants to divert attention to the passivity of our society. Even though autism is suddenly and constantly rising as an illness, our society is passive towards children with autism and their future. EDUS, in cooperation with Aparat Theater and SARTR organized the show “The Wolf in Love” in which children from ordinary schools as well as children from EDUS took part together. One of the main activities is the presentation of the video and documentary (director Aleša Kurt, photographer Dženat Dreković). Entrance is free.
