Total of 1155 People are Coronavirus positive in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Tests at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo and the University Clinical Center in Banja Luka confirmed another 48 positive samples for coronavirus. Republika Srpska Minister of Health and Social Welfare Alen Seranic said 28 out of 648 tested samples were confirmed positive, Klix.ba news portal reports.

Most of them are from Banja Luka, 15, followed by Nevesinje 2, and one case each in Prnjavor, Teslic, Celinac, Prijedor, Mrkonjic Grad, Kotor Varos, Kozarska Dubica, Ribnik, Modrica, Srbac and East Sarajevo. Among the positives are two workers at the University Clinical Centre Banja Luka. So far, 130 healthcare professionals have been tested in the RS.

In the last 24 hours, another 18 people have recovered in this entity, and now the total number is 269.

As for the tests at the Clinical Centre University of Sarajevo, 178 of them were done during the night, of which 20 are positive.

Seven are positive from Sarajevo, three from Cazin, two each from Bosanska Krupa and Velika Kladuša, and four who are being treated in isolation at Podhrastovi Infectious Diseases Clinic. Two from Gorazde are also positive, but this is a retest of previously positive people. In the last 24 hours, 368 tests were performed at KCUS.

A total of 1155 people are Coronavirus positive in BiH,  269 people have recovered so far and 43 have died.
