Stadium Aviva is located in Dublin, Ireland. Its capacity is 51.700 seating places. The stadium was constructed at the site of the former stadium Lansdowne Road which was demolished in 2007. Stadium Aviva became home of the rugby national team and the football national team of Ireland. Decision on the construction of the new stadium was reached after the failure of plans for the construction of the stadium Ireland and the stadium Eircom Park. Aviva Group signed a ten-year contract in 2009, according to which the stadium is to bear its name.
