Bosnia and Herzegovina’s karate player Hamza Turulja became world vice-champion at the World Karate Championship currently being held in Chile.

Our representative won in competition up to the age of 21 considering that he is only 18 years old, and in the grand finale he was defeated by the representative of Morocco.

On the road to the finals, Hamza beat champions of India, Hungary, Spain, three-time European champion from France and Chinese Taipei, and this medal is also the only one for BiH in the World Cup in Chile so far.

Hamza justified his well-deserved place in the Karate national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the only medal for Bosnia and Herzegovina, silver, but all of us worth gold, and the greatest credit goes to his coaches Asmer Seta and Adnan Besic from the Okinawa Karate Club, Klix.ba news portal reports.
