In the period January-February 2019 export amounted to 1 billion 781 million BAM, which is 1,8% lower than in the same period of 2018, and import amounted to 2 billion 838 million BAM, which is 6% higher than in the same period of last year.
The coverage of import by export was 62,8% and foreign trade in goods deficit amounted to 1 billion 56 million BAM.
Export to CEFTA countries amounted to 264 million BAM, which is 2,5% lower than in the same period of 2018, while import amounted to 319 million BAM, which is 4,2% higher than in the same period of last year.
