Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalic will meet with the president of the union of state employees on March 23, and the topic will be to repair the effects of coronaviruses, eKapija business portal reports.
One proposal will be to reduce public sector wages. The aim of the meeting is to provide financial assistance for the crisis that will emerge after the impact of the coronavirus.
According to Klix.ba, the proposal will be to sign a collective agreement under which civil servants’ wages will be reduced by 10% and money will be diverted to help the private sector.
This information for Klix.ba was confirmed by sources close to Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalic. The coronavirus epidemic is also expected to have major effects on the economy in our country, especially the real sector.
A decision has already been made to postpone the loan for three months, and many people fear the cancellation. The plan is that the measure prepared by the FBiH Prime Minister’s Cabinet will at least partially help the real sector.
