Presidency of B&H in Serbia predsjednistvobih.baThe International Court of Justice in The Hague confirmed that they received answers of members of Presidency of BiH on the request to give their opinion on the legitimacy of Sakib Softic as the agent regarding the request for revision of the judgment in the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia.

In his reply to the Court, Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Mladen Ivanic reiterated his previously expressed view that Softic has no legitimacy and that the Presidency of BiH did not authorize him to submit the application for revision as the competent institution, as reported by media.

Member of the Presidency of BiH Bakir Izetbegovic retreated his view that Softic is still the legitimate agent of BiH, because, according to him, the Presidency never withdrew the approval that was given to him as the agent.

Croatian member of the Presidency of BiH, Dragan Covic, said that the Presidency did not discuss or made a decision regarding the letter, and the allegations in the letter of the Court.

Members of the Presidency of BiH agreed on the 2nd of March that all members will submit their opinion to the International Court of Justice in The Hague regarding the revision of the judgment of this court in the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia.
