The European Commission will send additional questions to the Questionnaire by the summer, as confirmed by the European Commission.
It is expected for BiH to receive up to 500 additional questions. However, from the European Commission explained that this is nothing strange.
“The Commission is currently in the process of evaluating received answers and we are planning to send some additional questions with the summer break. This was a practice for all countries at that stage,” stated Alceo Smerilli from the Public Relations Office of the European Commission.
Serbia was mentioned as an example and that country received 600 additional questions after 2,400 questions received in the original Questionnaire in 2011.
When it comes to additional questions, the European Comission is mostly interested in further explanations of certain legislation, explanation of certain answers and some new questions that have resulted from the original answers.
