The Prime Minister of the FBiH Nermin Nikšić and the Minister of Energy and Mining Erdal Trhulj received in Sarajevo today representatives from the company “Haden” S.A. Luxembourg, which recently became the largest single shareholder in the company “Bosnalijek” d.d. Sarajevo.

Expressing satisfaction that the second largest individual shareholder, on behalf of the government, met with representatives of the new and largest shareholder, Nikšić said that the interest of the government is a stronger “Bosnalijek” d.d. that should be a flagship development in the pharmaceutical industry in the FBiH and beyond.

“We need to have our representatives in “Bosnalijek” d.d. according to the share of the equity that will protect our interests. After that, the government will determine on further action’’, said Prime Minister Nikšić.

Representatives of “Haden” S.A. said that their strategic goal coincides with those of the FBiH government.

They stressed that above all, bringing “Bosnalijek” d.d. Sarajevo among the five leading pharmaceutical companies in South East Europe is one of the top goals.
