Electricity Transmission Signed Contracts worth around 5 Million BAM

electricity market“Electricity Transmission BiH” company has signed eight contracts for the realization of various projects during January in total worth  around 5 million BAM.

Contracts have been signed for the construction of transformer station Mostar IX, the reconstruction of the transmission line, Bugojno-Kupres traversing Stozer Mountain, including contracts for the purchase of  information system equipment, and on the construction of the transmission line Kotor Varos-Ukrina, the company announced.

In year 2015 “Electricity Transmission BiH“ company has at its disposal 283.74 million BAM planned for investment in the renewal of the transmission network, its reconstruction, as well as in the replacement of old equipment.

Priorities for this year are the construction of transmission lines and the installation of transformers in some transformer stations in a few municipalities in BH, for instance, Sipovo, Lopare and Kupres.

The construction of ten new transformer stations is planned in the coming period.
