In the past year and a half, Elektroprivreda BiH hired almost 150 new employees. Sixty new employees were hired only in the first six months of this year.
The surprising recruitment of employees in one of the most stable companies in the country is strange, given that profit of EP BiH has been constantly decreasing over the past several years.

According to the sources, new employees were mostly recruited by one of the largest companies in the country based on recommendations by the leading parties in FBiH . the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Alliance for Better Future (SBB). After the general elections in 2014, Elektroprivreda BiH is mostly managed by the staff belonging to these two parties.
