President of the National Democratic Movement (NDP) Dragan Čavić considers that the problem of Republika Srpska, after the decision of the Constitutional Court of B&H that January 9 i.e. the Day of Republika Srpska is unconstitutional, cannot be solved by withdrawing representatives of RS from the institutions of B&H.
Čavić believes that it should be insisted on adopting the Law on Constitutional Court of B&H and that foreigners leave that judicial institution.
Čavić reiterated that the decision of the Constitutional Court of B&H, according to which the article of the Law on Holidays of RS which states the January 9 as the Day of Republika Srpska, is “unenforceable”, but he also noted that “there are dozens of decisions of that court that have not been implemented yet”.
“The decision of this court on the constitutionality of peoples, which was reached in 2001, has not yet been implemented in three cantons in the FB&H,” Čavić noted.
