The Bosnian school based in St. Louis (USA) organized this week for the first time the “small graduation“ as the closing ceremony of the successful school.
After the intonation of the national anthem of BiH, the chief coordinator in St. Louis, Elvir Mandzukic, welcomed attendees and congratulated the “Mother’s Day“ to all mothers and grandmothers.
Pupils of the Bosnian school. Nejla Mustafic, Asmira Mustafic and Amina Mujcic interpreted two sevdalinka with an accordion of Amir Salesevic after which Salesevic presented to attendees the project named “School of sevdah“ that will be realized within the Bosnian school from the next school year.
The program was continued with the addressing of Amir Karadzic, leader of the Alliance of citizens of the Municipality Prijedor, who talked about the Resolution on genocide in Prijedor and Srebrenica adopted in 2013 in the state Missouri.
