For the competition program of the documentary films “Mediterranean Film Festival” (MFF), which will be held from 26th to 31st August in Široki Brijeg, the selector Damir Čučić chose 22 films.
The films will be judged by a jury for the category of short documentary films –up to 30 minutes and long documentary films – over 30 minutes.
The jury members of 14th MMF for the long documentary films are Nedžad Begović, B&H director and member of the Association of Filmmakers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dean Šoša, editor of the third program on Croatian Radio television and Sergio Oksman, director and producer from Brazil, who at the 13th MFF won the second prize for the film” Priča o Modlinovima”, ‘The Story of Modlinovima‘.
The Jury members of the 14th MMF for the short documentary films are Tomislav Ćavar, president of the Association for the Promotion of visual culture Ćavarovo Brdo Pictures from Široki Brijeg, Jelena Jindra editor and TV leader on the Third Program HTV from Rijeka and Lucy Eagleson, a member of the Sports Department of NBC and MPower production and employee of Brown United on the development and design of structures and stages for television production of Escondido, California.
The jury elects and awards the Grand Prix MFF projector in the category of long films and MFF projector in the category of Short Films, while for the third prize is traditionally responsible the audience.
