The twenty-second International Fair of Economy in Mostar will be opened tomorrow, April 9th, at 11:00 am by Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik.
Opening ceremonies will be attended by numerous guests from the world of politics, economy, culture and sports, religious high-ranking and numerous other officials and guests.
The Mostar Fair, one of the most significant and most visited economic events in the region, will take place in Slobodna Zona Hercegovine, on 30,000 square meters of closed and open exhibition space.
The country partner of this year’s Mostar Fair, which will be held from 9th to 13th April, is China.
In addition to China, this year’s fair will be attended by businessmen from thirty countries around the world, from all areas of the economy.
The Mostar Fair is, by the number of its exhibitors and visitors, certainly the most successful fair exhibition in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Considering the fact that the economic production, as well as its market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is not sufficient to justify specialized fair exhibitions, there are foreign producers which present their achievements annually, in one place.
Products of metal-working and construction industry, agriculture and food sector, the latest achievements of automobile industry, high technologies, but also offer of service sector, from banking to tourism, are traditionally presented at our Fair, in amount and quantity that meets global business needs. Geographical position of the area of Herzegovina as the strongest transit among countries and cultures is an ideal place for establishing business relations between parts of European and the world markets. With its tourist potential and rich historical and cultural heritage, Mostar and Herzegovina are at the same time an ideal destination for a pleasant and interesting stay.
