Three citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who were extradited from Germany on April 11th, due to connection with terrorism, were released after being questioned by members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), SIPA spokesman Luka Miladinovic confirmed to BIRN.
“SIPA police officers through the inter-agency exchange of information received information from the Embassy of Germany in Zagreb that on April 11th, 2019, at 13:00 o’clock, three BiH citizens from Dusseldorf will be extradited to Sarajevo due to alleged terrorist acts.
He added that they were handed over by the members of the Border Police at Sarajevo International Airport.
Afterwards, in the official premises of the Border Police of BiH, officials of the SIPA conducted a conversation with the mentioned persons on the circumstances of the extradition.
SIPA continues to take measures and actions within its jurisdiction – Miladinovic said.
