The High Judicial and Prosecutor Council of B&H (HJPC) within the project funded by the European Union (IPA 2010) “Strengthening of Justice in B&H” and the project “Improving the efficiency of the judiciary” which in addition to EU is financed by Norway and Sweden, is organizing today the thematic conference of court Presidents “Reducing the number of old cases“.
The focus of the conference is to present information on current and future project activities of HJPC B&H aiming to improve the efficiency of the judiciary and the court results in the realization of the plans to solve the old cases in the first three quarters of 2013.
The President of HJPC Milorad Novković, the Head of operations at the EU Delegation to B&H Holger Schroeder and the representative of the Norwegian Embassy and the Embassy of Sweden, Sven Marius Urke will open the conference with introductory speeches.
