Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdic (SDA), informed the deputies of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH that BiH received almost identical evaluation from the European Commission as the other countries of the Western Balkans region in all seven criteria.
Within the political criteria, BiH, Serbia and Montenegro have the same rating in the judiciary field, as well as in the field of justice, including Macedonia. There is similar situation in the field of freedom and security, as well as the fight against organized crime and freedom of speech.
Chairman Zvizdic especially noted that this document does not refer only to the work of the Council of Ministers, which was noted as the carrier of reform processes on the path of BiH to the EU.
Moreover, in the part that refers to the Council of Ministers was noted that this body remains committed to EU integrations, and it was added that the adoption of the Energy Strategy is expected to take place soon and important strategies in regard to environmental and rural development have been adopted as well.
“This report is more positive than all the other reports in which were stated clear negativities in regard to the implementation of reforms and the deadlock of our country on its path to the EU,” stated Zvizdic.
