At the Sarajevo Business Forum 2017, which began this morning in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the “SBF Bridge” award ceremony was held.
The award were given in five categories, for the newly established business of the year HUB 387 was chosen, while the annual Business Award was awarded to HIFA Group.
In the category of Innovators of the Year, the prize was awarded to Gorenje Group from Slovenia, while the Young Recruitment Award was awarded to M San Group from Croatia.
The award for the social influence of the year was given to the Hastor Foundation from BiH.
This year’s SBF will announce a number of projects from agriculture, energy and infrastructure. A large number of prominent investors are expected, among whom the chairman of the Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
The SBF, organized by Bosnia Bank International in cooperation with the Presidency of BiH, will this year focus on opportunities for regional economic cooperation and joint presentation before the international investors. Initially launched in 2010, the SBF has been one of the most important investment conferences in Southeast Europe.
