The complex Sarajevo Waves received an award for project implementation by the Association of Architects of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AABiH) for year 2015/2016.
The residential-business complex Sarajevo Waves launched the construction of the first facility in 2015 and in less than 13 months first residents took their keys. The existing building covers 8.500 square meters with 49 residential units.
The unique architecture was rewarded by AABiH and the award was presented to project architects Kenan Brčkalija and Adnan Harambašić.
Continuation of works on the construction of the complex started immediately and the second floor on the business facility Shopping Center is complete. In March next year the second residential unit Sarajevo Waves 2 should be constructed and the purchase of apartments in that facility will begin immediately after the issuance of a construction permit.
“We launched the sale of apartments in the first facility after the completion of construction, but due to many interested people we intend to launch the sale of our apartments under construction as of the beginning of next year,” said Edina Muslić, spokeswoman of the company Compact Invest, and added:
“Our future residents see the quality and appearance of the building on the first facility so buying an apartment under construction is facilitated. Quality, comfort, and safety will be transferred to other facilities as well, and we will enter the New Year with eight percent lower prices of apartments.”
Complex Sarajevo Waves is a new dimension of housing situated in the green oasis of Sarajevo, on the bank of the Željeznica River, with a view of the Olympic Mountains Igman and Bjelašnica.
All facilities of Sarajevo Waves have central heating, video surveillance, air conditioning, green roof terraces, isolation, and a unique balcony that follows the entire façade. When customers purchase an apartment within the Sarajevo Waves complex, their taxes are already paid and they have a secured parking space.
The complex consists of five residential-business facilities and a shopping center and the construction of the entire project will cost 50 million BAM.
