The city of Osijek in Croatia, which is trying to heal its own scars from the National Liberation war, paid the tribute to victims of Srebrenica.
The 21st anniversary of Srebrenica genocide was marked in the organization of the association Auxilium Populus, led by Marian Gubin who went through a concentration camp as a young man himself.
A total of 8372 candles were lit for victims on the Square of Osijek.
