The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, confirmed his participation in the leading business and investment conference of Southeast Europe, Sarajevo Business Forum 2019, which will take place from April 17 to 19, 2019.
As a high-ranking official and guest of last year’s Forum, Pahor delivered a speech expressing the strong support of Republic of Slovenia towards Bosnia and Herzegovina in its efforts to become a member of the European Union and the NATO.
The Republic of Slovenia, which has been a member of the European Union since 2004, is one of the largest investors in BiH and thus significantly contributes to its economic growth and development. Ljubljana, Petrol Slovenska Energetska Družba d.d. Ljubljana, Droga Kolinska Food industry d.d. Ljubljana and Triglav INT d.d..
Businessmen from Slovenia and other EU member states announced their arrival at the tenth, jubilee Sarajevo Business Forum, organized by Bosna Bank International (BBI) Sarajevo in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank Group, under the auspices of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well.
Bosna Bank International (BBI), in cooperation with its shareholders – the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Dubai Islamic Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – and other international partners, organizes this annual international business and investment conference.
Sarajevo Business Forum again enjoys the patronage of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency.
The conference is Southeastern Europe’s most important business and investment event. Sarajevo Business Forum connects international institutional and private investors and businesses with business and project owners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
SBF is a platform for world-class networking and exploring investment and business opportunities in South-East Europe (SEE), held annually since 2010. It was created to foster the region’s economic development.
In addition to events of previous years, SBF 2019 will be enriched with new features and programs, such as sponsors and investment presentations, thematic roundtables and discussion panels with an enlarged expo and B2B meetings.
