The arrested Sinisa Sakic, suspected of having information regarding the murder of Slavisa Culum in Banja Luka, has not yet been handed over to the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office, is stated to Srna news agency from this prosecutor’s office.
The spokesperson of the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office, Dragica Tojagic, explained that the legal deadline for handing over a person is 24 hours.
Members of Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina arrested Sakic at the Gradina border crossing at around 11:00 am on Monday, and then he was handed over to members of the Srpska Ministry of Interior for further proceedings. Slavisa Culum was killed on May 15 from an ambush on a local village road in the Banja Luka settlement of Dragocaj.
