Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Office for Foreign Affairs forced on Friday the removal of a Montenegrin citizen to his country of origin.
The Service points out that the aforementioned person was convicted by the Court of BiH for the criminal offense of Smuggling of Migrants, and after serving a sentence of imprisonment, the Service took over and pronounced a measure of expulsion and a measure of prohibition of entry into Bosnia-Herzegovina for a period of three years.
The Montenegrin citizen was kept under surveillance at the Immigration Center until the forced removal.
