On Sunday, the 29th of December 1946, on a very difficult and slippery terrain covered with the snow, the match between FC Zeljeznicar and FC Torpedo (now FC Sarajevo) was held, in which FC Zeljeznicar won with the score 9:1. Halftime score was 5: 0. This is the biggest victory of Zeljo against Sarajevo in the history of the city derbies.
For FC Zeljeznicar played: Kantaradzic, Begic, Mamic, Marjanovic, Silic, S. Alajbegovic, Domorocki, Konjovod, Rajlic, F. Lovric and Lazarevic, and for FC Torpedo: Alajbegovic, Sarenkapa, Vlacic, Stricic, Paukovic, Sklopovi, Lovric, Novo, Fizovic, Alajbegovic, Sakovic (Mustagrudic).
Rare attacks of Torpedo, were mainly smashed by the middle row of FC Zeljeznicar. In the first half of the match, FC Zeljeznicar was better than his opponent and scored 5 goals. Later in the second half, they scored four more goals, and the honorary goal for Torpedo scored Novo from the penalty area.
