The High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, organized a farewell dinner for Western Balkan leaders.
Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Presidency members Zeljko Komsic, Milorad Dodik and Sefik Dzaferovic, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic attended the dinner.
Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina spoke on Tuesday with European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, and expressed differing views on the EU and NATO’s path to BiH.
While Komsic and Dzaferovic stressed that the EU path is inseparable from the NATO path, Dodik expressed disagreement, stating that he was only committed to the EU path.
Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Member Milorad Dodik said earlier that BiH-level government formation is likely to be a topic at a farewell dinner with Mogherini and other high-level meetings in Brussels.
