Association of citizens of Centre for Creative Work with Children ”Dobri Medo” (Good Teddybear) as a part of action ”Children from rural areas have the right of arts and culture” on Thursday, 14 February at noon in Dom Omladine in Banjaluka will uncover the largest greeting card in the World which is 10×6 m large and the citizens will have the opportunity to write their wishes in the card and also write their ideas and suggestions on how to improve the status of children from rural areas.
The aim of this activity is to gather a large number of citizens in order to discuss the needs of children from rural areas, but also to incite the public and government to form a joint fund for financing social and cultural programs of integration of children and young from rural areas.
Parallel with this activity, young from eleven areas of BiH will send greeting cards to representatives in BiH, FBiH and RS Parliaments, and the greeting cards will present the biggest problems of children from rural areas.
Association of citizens of Centre for Creative Work with Children ”Dobri Medo” (Good Teddybear) is a NGO which was formed in 2007 and which works to improve the status of children and in 2011 Banja Luka City Assembly proclaimed ‘‘Dobri Medo” as an organisation of special significance for the city.
