On occasion of the Christmas holiday, the Franciscan Youth (FRAMA) Mostar staged a live nativity scene for the third year in a row.
In the evening program, traditional Croatian Christmas songs were sung, and there was a performance that took visitors back to ancient times when Jesus Christ was born.
Gifts were given to children, and adults had the opportunity to try mulled wine.
FRAMA recalled that Christmas should be celebrated in joy, because this is a holiday that recalls the ‘unique key moment in history when God decided to take on a human form’.
Many citizens of Mostar attended the live nativity scene last night.
