Non-resident Ambassador of BiH to Nepal, Sabit Subasic, who is based in New Delhi, opened a photo exhibition “Charm of Bosnia and Herzegovina” in Katmandu, the capital city of Nepal, together with Minister of Tourism of Nepal, Rabindar Adhikari.
At the opening of the exhibition, Minister Adhikari noted that BiH and Nepal have a lot in common, including their unique natural beauty. He added that both countries need to work much more in order to present their large tourist and cultural potentials.
Ambassador Subasic gave a speech at the opening of the exhibition. On that occasion, he noted that this exhibition is the first cultural event organized in Nepal that is aimed at promoting cultural and tourist potentials of BiH, and he expressed his gratitude to organizers and guests for their effort.
A large number of ambassadors, diplomats, businessmen and media representatives attended the exhibition and its opening. The Honorary Consul of BiH in Nepal, Shahil Agrawal, was one of the attendees as well. This exhibition will be presented in India (New Delhi), Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in the future period.
Famous Indian photographer and publicist Prakash Bang is the author of photographs. He also serves as the President of the Council for Promotion of Tourism of BiH in India. He prepared a large number of photographs during his recent visit to BiH, and he shared them through social networks to users all over India.
