An Eurowings plane landed on Monday at Sarajevo International Airport (SIA), connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) capital and German’s capital Berlin.
SIA pointed out that the successful cooperation between SIA and this low-cost German carrier is continued by the introduction of this new line. This low-cost airline already links Sarajevo with two cities in Germany, Cologne and Stuttgart.
Planes will depart from SIA twice a week, on Monday and Friday.
In 2018, SIA welcomed record1,046,635 passengers and currently hosts 15 airline companies, including Fly Dubai, Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, as well as a significant number of charter flights to and from Sarajevo International Airport. SIA has opened 45 years ago. Enditem
