Twelve-year-old Deniz Nadzakovic is the first representative of BiH at the World Beauty Pageant 2017 for juniors, which will be held from May 5 to 15, in Bodrum.
Nadzakovic entered the world of fashion when she was just three years old, and as he said, she used to wear her mom’s heels and used her make-up, and later started to train hip-hop and design dresses with her sister.
She is a member of the Fashion Academy in Zenica, and after numerous competitions and fashion shows, she will perform in Bodrum where she primarily wants to present her country.
“I want to do the promotion in Turkey because I want the world to take me more seriously,” said Nadzakovic.
A total of 30 other models from around the world will participate in the contest in Bodrum, and this young girl from Zenica will use the opportunity to focus on women’s football by promoting the Women’s Football Club Celik and people with special needs by including shots from the Association Zvijezda.
“I love modeling because it gives me a lot of confidence and applause makes me feel like a queen. I must mention the support of my friends and people around me, which really means a lot to me,” said Nadzakovic and also added that it is not easy to be a model.
“It is difficult to be a model because getting ready takes a lot of time, shooting sometimes last for a whole day, and going from city to city can be difficult, as well as stay in the backstage for six hours,” said Deniz.
In the future, this 12-year-old girl from Zenica wants to establish a school for talents and children with special needs to make them stars.
“I think that it will make me a better person,” added Nadzakovic.
The Vice-President of the FBiH Vesna Svancer allocated financial support for Deniz Nadzakovic to go to this competition in Turkey and said that she was motivated for this step by the desire of 12-year-old girl who wanted to participate in the world beauty pageant and to present her country, culture, and beauty.
