In September of 2018, the total amount of collected cow’s milk decreased by 2,3% in relation to the same period of 2017. Production of drinking milk decreased by 7,9%, while the production of cream increased by 14,1%, acidified milk by 30,9%, butter and other yellow fat products by 50,7% and cow’s cheese by 12,4% in relation with the same period of 2017.
The total amount of milk fat increased by 0,3%, while the total amount of milk protein remained on the same level in relation with the same period of 2017.
