Minister of Defense of Bosnia-Herzegovina Sifet Podzic will participate in the work of the Ministerial Meeting of the North Atlantic Council (NAC), which will take place on Thursday, February 13th, at NATO Headquarters in Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium).
The meeting will be attended by the defense ministers of the countries participating in the NATO-led Resolute support operation in Afghanistan.
In addition to Minister Podzic, the MoD BiH delegation includes Assistant Minister of Defense for International Cooperation Zoran Sajinovic, as well as representatives of the Military Section of the Mission of BiH to NATO led by the Head of the Military Section of the Mission of BiH to NATO and BiH Military Representative to the EU Brigadier Jasmin Cajic .
The NATO North Atlantic Council (NAC) is the highest political body of the Alliance, consisting of the Permanent Representatives of all (29) NATO member states. Decisions taken by the NATO North Atlantic Council are an expression of the collective will of all NATO member states and are reached on the basis of unanimity and mutual agreement.
