A man whose initials are A.J., a member of a criminal group who was arrested in Banja Luka on the wanted list of Intepol Podgorica, was extradited from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Montenegro today, the Montenegrin police announced.
He was wanted on the basis of a warrant issued by Interpol Podgorica in order to conduct criminal proceedings for the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and aggravated attempted murder.
He is suspected that during July and August 2018 in Bar and Budva, as a member of a criminal group that still consisted of persons A.O, E.N, D.C, D.M, E.C, M.N. and others within the limits of their responsibility, participated in the attempted murder of J.Đ.
“A.J. was deprived of liberty in Banja Luka on August 3 in a joint and coordinated activity of officers of the Sector for Fighting Crime of the Police Administration of Montenegro and police officers of SIPA and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, “the Police Directorate said.
