The Steering Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) BiH gave its consent for additional 3.5 million BAM from the budget of the institutions of BiH for the construction of a border crossing on the bridge between Bratunac and Ljubovija.
After ITA BiH gave its consent to approve additional 3.5 million BAM besides the planned 11 million BAM, the conditions for this decision to be adopted by the Council of Ministers of BiH were created, after which it will be possible for ITA BiH to start with the public call for the construction of this international border that will be supervised.
There was no agreement on making decisions on adjustments between the entities for the previous years, nor the decision on the establishment of temporary coefficients for the allocation of funds from the Single Account for the period July-September 2018, and that these items will be on the agenda of the next session.
ITA BiH considered the initiative of the Association of Employers of the FBiH for amendments to the Regulation on Implementation of the Law on VAT and it was concluded that ITA BiH will analyse the ways in which it is possible to realize these requirements and, based on that, propose an adequate solution for the following session, as stated from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.
