During the visit to Una-Sana Canton, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B&H, Denis Zvizdic, together with the Mayor of Bihac, Emdzad Galijasevic, visited the dairy Meggle.
On that occasion, director of the dairy Meggle, Kemal Hrnjic thanked to the Council of Ministers of B&H and the relevant Ministry of the Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of B&H for facilitating the export of milk to the EU. He said that this decision the most useful move for the dairy industry.
He informed guests about the development projects and emphasized that the dairy has around 3.500 subcontractors who are producing around 50 million liters of the qualitative milk.
He also said that they are expanding production to 100 million liters and thus becoming a regionally significant partner. He emphasized that they are planning to invest additional 11 million BAM to the development of the dairy quality.
Chairman Zvizdic commended the success of the dairy and said that the Council of Ministers of B&H will work on the improvement of the business ambient through the improvement of the legal and other regulations with the aim of the improvement of the export of our products and in order to ensure the arrival of the qualitative foreign investments.
He said that the provision of the conditions for the export of meat, potatoes, milk and dairy products is a great success which is a stimulus for the continuation of the further activities on the expansion of the list of our qualitative products, as announced from the Council of Ministers of B&H.
