RS Administration for Geodetic and Property issues is planning that in the next five years establishes a uniform record of property of the 246 cadastral municipalities in urban areas of RS, said the director of administration Tihomir Gligorić.
Gligorić said that the job will be financed with the credit of World Bank, and added that the concept of the uniform record is simpler, faster and more efficient, and that that’s the reason why the World Bank gave its support, as well as Sweden.
”It is in accordance with Brayton Convetion, whose conclusion is that the EU should transfer to cadastre by 2014”, said Gligorić to ”Oslobođenje”.
According to him, border regions in BiH will remain undefined if the entity border line is not determined, and that 14 000 citizens face problems because of that issue.
He thinks that the issue of inter-entity border must be resolved at the level of BiH Council of Ministers.
”NATO representatives must give their approval for that, just as the EUPM did. Foreigners warn both governments, but FBiH did nothing concerning that issue” , said Gligorić.
RS and FBIH Geodetic Administration have signed few days ago an agreement with Geodetic Administration of Sweden whose Government donated around 7 million BAM which enabled the implementation of the project whose aim is to arrange real estate records in BiH, so that all the needed papers could be found at one place.
