Meeting of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina (PB&H) was held today in Sarajevo, on which they agreed on a new coalition in the Federation of B&H.
“PB&H and SDA have reached overall agreement on the future joint activity in parliaments. No personnel solutions were agreed yet,” said the vice president of SDA, Asim Sarajlić.
Delegations of these two parties already had two meetings before. All disputable issues related to future action have been resolved today.
“We arranged an agreement on joint action, and now it remains on two general secretaries of parties to finalize what we agreed on and put it on the paper. Today will be held the meeting of the Presidency of SDA, and the President, Bakir Izetbegović, will sign the papers with Amer Jerlagić, the President of the Party for B&H,” said Sarajlić.
The agreement between the two parties is a matter of principle and means that the SDA and PB&H will commit themselves to implement reforms in B&H, to support the legislations that are part of the Reform agenda and all that is included in reform path of B&H, through government, the Council of Ministers and Parliaments.
“None personnel solutions and crosswords have not been agreed. Party for B&H will give their full support to the reform processes and solutions that the government of Prime Minister Fadil Novalić have put into the parliamentary procedure,” said Sarajlić.
After the Democratic Front announced that they are exiting from parliamentary majority in the Federation, the SDA and HDZ are trying to find new partners in order for the government to function properly and implement reform process in B&H. The SDA announced that they are attempting to ensure more deputies than needed for a majority in the Federal Parliament.
