First truck of aid with flour for the survivors in Aleppo from BiH arrived yesterday morning.
Convoy with humanitarian aid, called “Open the path to Aleppo”, headed on Tuesday from Istanbul towards the Syrian border. In the convoy there was also a truck from BiH with 25 tons of flour provided by MFS-EMMAUS, thanks to payments by BiH citizens within the campaign “Help the hungry children of Syria”.
Organization IHH from Turkey, with which the MFS-EMMAUS cooperates, has 46 bakeries in Syria who are about to close due to enormously high prices. That is why they invited citizens and non-governmental organizations to donate flour so that they could continuously produce bread and distribute it to the survivors.
According to the Media Content Management, the humanitarian campaign of raising money for Syria continues and payments can be made in Intesa San Paolo Bank, via Pay Pal, or by calling the humanitarian number 090/291-093 from BH Telecom network.
