[wzslider autoplay=”true”]“Hacienda de la Paz” is the name of the villa, which occupies more than 15,500 m2 in the suburb area of Los Angeles, Rolling Hills, and it is worth 53 million USD.
Businessman John Z. Blazevic, who originates from B&H and lives and works in California, built the villa 17 years ago. He is the owner of the company “Contessa Premium Foods,” which he founded back in 1984.
The villa contains an underground section of 9,400 m2, which is not used for living, and it contains interior tennis court and a Turkish bath (hammam), which occupies more than 3,000 m2.
Architect of the royal Spanish family, Rafael Manzano Marcos designed the villa.
There is a large number of TVs and modern technology in the house that can be hidden so that the house looks decorated in the ancient style.
There is a tennis court outside of the house which is converting into a hall for balls, swimming pool, promenade with greenery and relaxation areas, while the interior rooms are very spacious and decorated in different styles such as: Morocco, Spain, Portugal and Turkey.
Blazevic decided to sell the villa, where numerous famous people got their weddings, and travel with his wife and spend some time with his family in Croatia and B&H.
