After several days snow was falling in BiH’s capital Sarajevo, sunshine woke up residents of Sarajevo on Monday morning.
According to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute, the snow cover is some 25 centimeters in Sarajevo.
BiH’s Federal Institute for Hydrometeorology (FHMZ) forecasts fog and low clouds with morning air temperatures varying from minus 8 to minus 4 degrees Celsius, adding that mostly cloudy weather can be expected until Thursday. Rain in the major part of the country is expected on Thursday, with snow on mountains. Morning temperatures will be from minus 5 to 0, and highest daily up to 5 degrees Celsius.
