Session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, that has been interrupted on 17th March at the very beginning due to lack of quorum, should be continued today.
Session of the House of Peoples has not been attended by three delegates from the Club of Serbian nation, two from SNSD and one from DNS.
Meanwhile, agreement on holding the session of the House of Peoples has been reached, provided that it has been agreed that at the agenda of the session will not be the appointment of members of the Joint Commission for Supervision OSA from that Hose, until this issue is resolved.
According to the previously proposed agenda, House of Peoples should consider the report of the commission of Collegiate on the effort to reach an agreement on the Draft Law on amendments of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Members of the Collegiate of the House of Peoples didn’t agree on the Draft Law that the House considered in the previous legislature, in July last year, when it didn’t get the entity majority of delegates from RS during the voting.
Delegates should also consider the Annual report of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH for 2013, as well as the Report on the Implementation of the general elections 2014, that has been prepared by the Central Election Commission of BiH.
Also, the election of members of joint commissions of both Houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH from the House of Peoples and the appointment of members of delegations of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH from this House.
