In the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH started hearings regarding the referendum on the Day of the RS. Goran Zmijanjac, a member of the Commission for implementation of the referendum on the Day of RS was interrogated, and he told reporters that he was interrogated as a suspect.
“I did not do anything on my own, everything was in accordance with the law,” said Zmijanjac, who did not want to talk about the circumstances under which he was interrogated.
Prosecution also examined Milan Petkovic, also a member of the Commission for implementation of the referendum on the Day of RS.
“I did not have any problems at the hearing, everyone was fair to me. The Prosecution was interested in events from the moment I became a member of the commission until the implementation of the referendum,” said Petkovic, whose lawyer Darko Kremenovic said that it is clear that there are no elements of criminal case.
“We are not here to defend only Milan Petkovic or Milorad Dodik, we are here to defend the citizens of the RS. Petkovic is less important here,” said Kremenovic.
Last week from the Prosecution announced the hearing to examine the case against Milorad Dodik for “criminal acts of not implementing the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Court of BiH and the House of Human Rights”.
