The real GDP growth in the third quarter of 2019, compared to the same quarter of the previous year, amounted 2,6 %.
According to seasonally adjusted data, GDP increased by 0,8% in the third quarter of 2019, as compared to the previous quarter.
Observed by activities, in the third quarter of 2019 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, real growth of the gross value added was recorded in: Information and communication 11,9% and Administrative and support service activities 8,6%.
Real fall of the gross value added was recorded in manufacturing 3,0% and construction 2,9%.
According to seasonally adjusted data, GDP increased by 0,5 % in the third quarter of 2019, as compared to the previous quarter.
Observed by category of GDP by expenditure approach, in the third quarter of 2019 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, real growth was recorded in categories: Household final consumption expenditure 0,9 %, General government consumption expenditure 2,0%, Gross capital formation 2,8%, while real decrease have been recorded in following categories, Export of goods and services -2,2% and Import of goods and services -3,2%, according to Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Agency for Statistics.
