Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton (KS) Suad Zeljković confirmed that the Government of KS is finishing it work on an amendment to the Constitution of KS in relation to the implementation of the Sejdić and Finci ruling, and the amendment will be discussed on the session of the Government of KS and after that it will be submitted for parliamentary procedure.
In an interview to ONASA News Agency, Prime Minister Zeljković noted that KS will be the first to implement the decision of the International Court and will allow those people who call themselves ”The others” to be in the Assembly leadership and the legislative and executive branches.
He added that this decision could have been implemented earlier, but they had to wait for the approval of the Ministry of Justice and Administration.
