A press conference on musical “Streetlight” and the commemoration 100 years since the beginning of the World war I will be held on Monday 28th July in the Bosnian archbishop ordination rooms (Kaptol street) at 11 o’clock.
Cardinal and archbishop of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese Vinko Puljić, the representative of the international music group Genrosso – Valerio Gentile, doctor Šimo Maršić, director of the Archbishop pastoral centre for the young “Ivan Pavao II”, Meinolf Wacker, coorganizer from Germany and Lucija Spajić, working at the “Ivan Pavao II” centre will speak to the media.
The performance of the musical “Streetlight” is in fact the highlight of the big international project “Go4peace” in which 160 young people from 17 european countries and the young from USA will participate. The event is organized by “Ivan Pavao II” centre and will take place from 27th July to 3rd August. The musical will be performed on July 31th and August 1th in the gym of the centre at Otoka, Gatačka street 8 where all young people – future of B&H and Europe – will send a message of peace.
Within the “Go4peace” project young people will spend a week discussing peace, unity, democracy and reconciliation. Through common work and experience they will teach each other and show each other paths of peace and reconciliation. They will at the same time also prepare the musical “Streetlight” along with the band Genrosso.
