Creators of the upcoming B&H game Fantasiam published a teaser which foreshadows the first trailer and final presentation of the game scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2016.
Fantasia is a game developed by young people from Zenica with the help of colleagues from England, Portugal, Spain and China. It will be played in first person and it is based on ancient Slavic mythology with which the players from the entire Western Balkans can identify.
The player will play the role of the semi-god Valcara who uncovers the world he found himself in, solves riddles and tries to avoid other gods who are leading endless battles amongst themselves.
“The teaser published yesterday is the announcement of the new trailer which is to be out on February 21. Reason for new materials of the game is the announcement of Steam Greenlight campaign which is to be launched soon. Through Steam Greenlight, the game will have an opportunity to enter the largest service for the sale of PC games,” said Belmin Kozlić, member of the developer team.
Precisely because of this, the developers are trying to inform as many people as possible about the game, since Steam Greenlight is based on players’ voting. They highlighted that they are slowly preparing for the Kickstarter which will be timely announced.
“As I stated already, in order for these campaigns to be successful, it is important to inform as many people as possible about the game, and our people will certainly support projects coming from our country. Besides that, if you look at this teaser and compare it with the last trailer, the changes are evident in terms of visual elements, where we made lots of changes with the help of critics,” Belmin said.
The game should be available for purchase in late 2016 and it is based on Unreal Engine 4, developed by Epic Games during 2015.
