At the session held yesterday, the Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Report by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury on the execution of the Budget of institutions of BiH and international liabilities of BiH for the period January – June 2016, stated the Council of Ministers.
Total generated revenues and incentives for financing of institutions in the first half of 2016 amounted to 519.651.207 BAM or 55 percent in comparison with the planned revenues in the Budget for this year.
In the same period, total expenditures from the Budget of institutions of BiH amounted to 412.853.287 BAM or 43 percent of the adopted Budget for this year.
In accordance with the Letter of Intent for implementation of a stand-by arrangement with the IMF from 2012, institutions of BiH continued generating savings on income and material costs in 2016.
In addition, the Law on Budget of Institutions of BiH and International Liabilities of BiH for 2016 froze the recruitment in institutions of BIH until the total number of employees in accordance with the Law on Budget for 2015 and dynamics of employment for 2016. Only in extraordinary cases (for newly established institutions and the like) new recruitment can be approved by the Council of Ministers of BiH.
When it comes to foreign debt, in the period from January 1 until June 30 this year, all die liabilities on this basis have been serviced regularly, in the total amount of 332.310.885,38 BAM, it was stated.
