The wartime commander of the Army of RB&H Naser Orić arrived in the presence of the lawyer Lejla Čović to the Court of B&H at the hearing on the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H to impose the prohibitive measures.
The hearing is scheduled for 2.30 p.m..
On Friday, June 26th, Orić was released on the basis of the decision of the acting prosecutor, following his extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina after the extradition custody.
The prohibitive measures proposed by the Prosecutor’s Office include restrictions on movement and residence of the suspect, prohibition of contact with witnesses and suspects in the case, as well as periodic reporting to the relevant police authority.
The acting prosecutor estimated that the proposed measures are sufficient to ensure unhindered conduct of the proceedings.
