Derventa – Bosnia and Heezegovina has big possibilities in the agricultural sector, much bigger than what the current situation shows. – said yesterday the high representative in B&H, Valentin Inzko.
He also said that the citizens should use their chances so the country could move on.
He invited all citizens to vote at the elections but to question themselves who fulfilled the promises made in the past and who did not as well as to evaluate who has good and realistic plans for the future.
Inzko visited yesterday in Derventa the agricultural community “Agroposavina Farm” as well as two farms near this town.
The director of “Agroposavina” Rajko Kulaga said that he spoke with the high representative about the results achieved so far and the plans for the future.
He said that the main intention is that this community needs to stimulate the development of the agricultural production in general, not only locally but wider as well.
Kulaga added that “Agroposavina Farm” Derventa was founded in 2002 by several farmers from the municipality of Derventa, displaced person who came back. It was supported by the professional staff and the local community.
The main goal was to organize and associate a great number of cooperants in order to share a common interest and represent an open agricultural organization marked by a high level of service and an improved economic position of the farmers through raising standard and the quality of living in the village.
